The average person is able to remember 6 to 7 numbers. There are, however, some exercises that can help you train your mind to absorb and recall more than the average. For example, you can try to chunk the numbers into groups that make sense to you. Or you can try to assign each number a letter and remember the word you just invented. You can even try to make a song out of the number. That should be fun, but is it worth all that effort?
