There is a range of 1 to 5 stars you assign to each call experience, 1 being, for example, a dropped call and 5 – a crystal clear conversation. What happens behind those stars is that our system automatically changes the routing to accommodate the best call quality on your next calls.
The more calls you rate, the better the system makes the connections. It’s that easy!

You can start rating your international calls right away. Log into your account and go to your call records. There, you will find the stars next to each call. Additionally, if you send SMS through the KeepCalling apps, in the SMS tab you can tell us when it reached its destination.
